Challenge

Public spaces rely heavily on audio announcements, leaving people who are deaf or hard of hearing without access to critical wayfinding information. Noisy, chaotic environments make this worse.

Solution

Navisign: a visual wayfinding system using clear iconography, high-contrast color, and multilingual digital signage. Designed for screens, billboards, physical signage, and a companion app.

Key Features

• Digital announcement screens
• Integrated signage structures
• Multilingual mobile accessibility app
• Clear iconography and structured layout

Outcome

A cohesive accessibility system that reduces reliance on audio announcements and improves independence for hearing impaired users in public environments.
