Challenge
Late-night food delivery is underserved, most platforms prioritize speed over quality, and options are limited after 11pm. How do you build a brand that caters to night owls, shift workers, and students without compromising on experience?
Approach
Researched late-night consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and service gaps. Developed a business model canvas, brand positioning, and visual identity for a delivery service focused on 24/7 availability, curated late-night menus, and reliable service.
Outcome
NightBite: a delivery platform designed for the night economy. Positioned around convenience, quality, and community for those who live outside the 9-to-5. Includes brand strategy, business model, and UI concept.
